COMBOCAP, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP

Dan Bisson will become Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mark Vieceli will take the helm as CEO from Tobie Louw on October 31, 2019

Whippany, NJ (October 14, 2019) ComboCap, Inc., the creator of the world’s only side-by-side, dual-chamber, wet-and-dry combination capsule, is excited to announce the appointment of a new CEO, Mark Vieceli, formerly of Health Wright Products and Capsugel. Mr. Vieceli will take the helm on October 31, 2019.

Tobie Louw, Founder and current CEO, will move into the position of Strategic Business Development and act as the brand ambassador on a global scale for the company.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Vieceli was the CEO of Health Wright Products since January 2018. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vieceli spent 15 years as Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development for Capsugel, leading the Capsugel team that took their DuoCap (cap within a cap) technology to market.  Mr. Vieceli’s experience and contacts across the Pharmaceutical and Dietary Supplements sectors will be invaluable as the ComboCap business accelerates.

“With my past experience,” says Mr. Vieceli, “I feel very comfortable leading the rollout of ComboCap’s unique technology following its successful technical development and market entry over the past years. I’m excited to lead the company that introduced something as innovative and game-changing as the side-by-side, dual chamber ComboCap.”

In addition, outgoing Chairman of the Board, Geoff Gavey, will pass the baton to Dan Bisson as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ComboCap and its parent company, Binutra Holdings (Guernsey) Limited. Mr. Bisson, who is based in Guernsey, has over 25 years of experience at board level in the corporate and fiduciary sectors and is currently managing director of Nedgroup Trust International. The board and shareholders of ComboCap, Inc. and Binutra Holdings would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Gavey for his valuable stewardship over the last four years.  

Mr. Louw is looking forward to this next chapter. “I have had the unprecedented opportunity for the last seven years to lead the establishment of the ComboCap business and ComboCap products as a new global health products category, including setting up its IP, technology, U.S. production plant and key global partnerships”, said Mr. Louw.“  I look forward to working together with Mark Vieceli, to ensure that ComboCap reaches its full global potential to bring highly beneficial new products rapidly to market.  I also look forward to continuing on the board of such an industry innovating Company.”
